Amenities at Chalet Alpina

Planned amenities and services include an indoor lap pool and spa, a rooftop pool and terrace for residents, and fitness facilities.

Chalet Alpina is designed to provide a direct transition from residence to mountain, with dedicated ski valet and boot room facilities providing convenient storage and access to ski equipment. Planned ski services also include an on-site ski shop.

Chalet Alpina is expected to offer a private members club designed around an on-mountain Aspen lifestyle, bringing together wellness, dining, social spaces, and slopeside services. Private club spaces are designed by Martin Brudnizki, internationally renowned for creating distinctive hospitality and social environments around the world.

Membership in the private members club is optional and separate from residential ownership. Buyers will have the opportunity to purchase club membership in connection with their residence purchase, but membership is not required. Membership pricing, dues, access, and terms should be confirmed through the private presentation process.

Planned club amenities and services include a wellness spa, rooftop pool, comprehensive fitness center, ski valet and ski shop, and dining and entertaining venues.

Planned dining and social spaces include a Brasserie and Day Club with indoor/outdoor dining, The Amber Room late-night cocktail lounge, and a Supper Club and Omakase-style speakeasy.

Residential ownership and private club membership are separate. You can own at Chalet Alpina without joining the private members club. Certain dining and amenities are planned to be available outside the private club, while club membership is expected to provide additional member-only spaces, dining experiences, events, and services. Planned owner services include concierge and room service, providing additional convenience while in residence. Private parking garage access is planned for whole-ownership residents.
