What Determines Chalet Alpina Pricing & Ownership Costs?

Pricing at Chalet Alpina reflects residence type, size and configuration, location within the project, mountain access, and ownership structure. Pricing and availability vary by residence and are subject to change as residences are offered and sold.

Beyond the purchase price, you should understand the complete cost of ownership, including annual ownership fees, management and maintenance costs, property taxes and other ongoing obligations, as well as the services and amenities included with ownership.

Current pricing, availability, fees, and ownership details can be reviewed during a private Chalet Alpina presentation that I can arrange.

How Does Shared Ownership Compare With Whole Ownership?

Shared Ownership is designed for you if you want an Aspen residence and a resort experience without owning an entire Mountain Home. Ownership is within a Residence Collection, with use determined by the ownership structure.

Whole Ownership provides full ownership of a private Mountain Home and a different level of control and use. The right choice depends on how often you plan to be in Aspen, how you want to use the residence, and the level of ownership that best fits you.

Understanding Shared Ownership

Chalet Alpina's Shared Ownership residences are organized among 4 Residence Collections: 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 3-bedroom corner, and 4-bedroom. Ownership is structured as a 1/8 deeded interest within a Residence Collection, with 6 weeks of annual use.

The details matter — particularly how usage is allocated, how the Residence Collection works, current residence information, fees, and what is included with ownership. I can arrange a private Chalet Alpina presentation where those details can be reviewed.

Understanding Whole Ownership

Chalet Alpina's 6 private Mountain Homes offer full ownership if you are seeking your own residence at the base of Aspen Mountain. Unlike Shared Ownership, each Mountain Home is individually owned, providing greater control over how and when the residence is used.

Residence size, configuration, location within the project, current residence information, fees, and other ownership details vary. I can arrange a private Chalet Alpina presentation where the Mountain Homes and current ownership information can be reviewed.
