Chalet Alpina is designed to bring resort-level service to residential ownership at the base of Aspen Mountain.
Planned amenities, services, and owner benefits are intended to provide additional convenience while in residence and help manage the practical details of ownership.
Owner support
Concierge & Owner Services
Planned owner services include concierge and room service, providing additional convenience while in residence. Private parking garage access is planned for whole-ownership residents. Specific services and access may vary by ownership structure and should be confirmed through the private presentation process.
Mountain readiness
Ski Services
Dedicated ski valet and boot room facilities are planned to provide convenient storage and easy access to ski equipment. Planned ski services also include an on-site ski shop.
Owner flexibility
