Whole Ownership at Chalet Alpina
Chalet Alpina Mountain Homes
Planned Ski-In/Ski-Out Living at the Base of Aspen Mountain
Chalet Alpina's 6 Whole-Ownership Mountain Homes are 4- and 5-bedroom residences within the Mountain Homes building, combining the privacy and scale of a home with the planned services and amenities of Chalet Alpina. Designed around immediacy — the ability to move directly from home to mountain — the Mountain Homes combine privacy, space, and planned resort services with planned direct access to Aspen Mountain via the new Lift One corridor. The planned ski-in/ski-out configuration is designed to allow owners to move between the residence and Aspen Mountain without shuttles, vehicles, or road crossings. Current pricing information begins in the mid-$40 million range and is subject to change.
* Mountain Home floor plans and residence-specific details are available for private review by invitation, which I can arrange for you.Architectural Vision Behind Chalet Alpina
Chalet Alpina's architectural vision is led by Guerin Glass Architects, the Brooklyn-based firm whose work includes the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach, and Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. The design is intended to bring contemporary mountain architecture to Aspen while respecting the history, character, and natural setting of the Lift One area.
Two new buildings will bring together the Resort Residences and private members club, alongside restored historic structures surrounding the new Lift One. Together, the new construction and restored historic structures are planned to connect contemporary Aspen living with the architectural history of the Lift One area.
Interiors by Martin Brudnizki
Chalet Alpina's interiors are designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, internationally known for distinctive hospitality and residential environments, including Annabel's in London, Hotel Barrière Fouquet's Paris, and Soho Beach House in Miami Beach.
Drawing inspiration from Aspen's alpine heritage, the interiors are envisioned with a refined yet relaxed sensibility, layered textures, rich materials, warm tones, and contemporary detailing.
The design extends throughout the residences, private club spaces, dining venues, and shared amenities, creating a cohesive experience across Chalet Alpina.
Developer Behind Chalet Alpina
Chalet Alpina is being developed by Irongate in partnership with Aspen-based HayMax Capital. Irongate is a luxury real estate development firm whose portfolio includes destination resort communities such as Costa Palmas on Mexico's East Cape. Irongate's work brings together luxury hospitality, private residences, dining, and club experiences.
At Chalet Alpina, the development plans bring together residences, resort amenities, and private club spaces at the historic base of Aspen Mountain as part of the broader revitalization of the Lift One area.
Chalet Alpina Mountain Home Pricing
Current Mountain Home pricing begins in the mid-$40 million range and is subject to change. Earlier project pricing began in the mid-$30 million range, providing context for how pricing has evolved since the initial release.
Residence-specific pricing and ownership information vary among the 6 Mountain Homes. Current pricing, residence details, deposit requirements, and contract terms can be reviewed through the private Chalet Alpina presentation process, which I can arrange.
What Should You Know Before Buying a Mountain Home?
Before purchasing a Chalet Alpina Mountain Home, you should understand the complete ownership picture, including HOA fees, management and service arrangements, anticipated completion timing, property taxes, ownership terms, and any use or rental restrictions.
These details should be reviewed for the specific Mountain Home being considered. I can help you identify the questions to ask and arrange access to the current residence-specific information.
Only 6 Mountain Homes
There will only be 6 whole-ownership Mountain Homes at Chalet Alpina.
With a collection this limited, the decision isn't simply whether you want to own at Chalet Alpina. It is which Mountain Home: its position within the development, floor plan, views, and relationship to Aspen Mountain.
As the project moves through future sales periods, those choices may narrow.
Detailed floor plans, residence-specific pricing, availability, and certain Mountain Home information are provided through the developer's private presentation process. I can arrange access to that presentation, either in Aspen or virtually, while representing you independently.
